Ascend Studio Marketing

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026

This policy describes what information Ascend Studio Marketing collects, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ascend Studio Marketing (“Ascend,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website and through the Ascend Local Lead System, including the fit check, contact fields, essential-terms and checkout pages, onboarding materials, website chat, and ongoing service communications.

By using this website or the service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information you provide

We collect the information you submit through the fit check, contact fields, checkout details, onboarding questionnaires, forms, chat, and service communications. This can include:

  • Your name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Business details such as trade, service area, service lines, and availability
  • Service information such as pricing guidelines, approved customer answers, and content you supply
  • Messages, notes, questions, and support requests you send us

3. Technical information collected automatically

When you visit this website, we and the providers that support it may automatically collect technical information, including:

  • IP address and general location derived from it
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages viewed, referring pages, and time spent on the site
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site and remember your progress
  • Analytics and conversion information about how the site is used and where inquiries come from

4. Client-provided lead and customer information

When we deliver the service to a client, the system processes information about that client's leads and customers — for example a caller's name, contact details, job request, and conversation history — so it can respond, qualify, follow up, book, and record the inquiry in the CRM.

Ascend processes that information on the client's behalf and for the purpose of operating the client's system. The client is responsible for having the right to collect the information and for obtaining any consent required to contact those individuals.

5. How we use information

  • Evaluate whether the Ascend Local Lead System is a fit for your business
  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
  • Deliver, configure, operate, and support the service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Operate CRM, booking, follow-up, and automation functions
  • Communicate with you by email, text message, and other configured channels about your inquiry, account, and service
  • Improve the website and the service
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse and maintain the security of our systems
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment-card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. Ascend does not store complete payment-card information. We receive limited billing records such as the subscription status, the amount, the date, and a partial card identifier.

7. How information is shared

We share information with service providers that make the website and the service work. Those providers may support:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure
  • Payment processing
  • CRM and pipeline functions
  • Email, text message, and other communications
  • AI functionality used by the AI Lead Concierge
  • Analytics and conversion measurement
  • Scheduling and calendar functions
  • General system operation, monitoring, and support

8. We do not sell personal information for money

Ascend does not sell personal information for money. We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a lawful request, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

9. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Inquiry and fit-check information is kept while it remains relevant to a potential or active engagement. Client service data is kept for the duration of the subscription and for a reasonable period afterward, after which it may be deleted or archived.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information we handle, and we rely on established providers such as Stripe for payment processing. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not promise that information can never be accessed by an unauthorized party.

11. Your requests and choices

You may ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete information we are not required to keep. Email your request to ascendstudiomarketing@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records must be retained for legal, tax, or security reasons.

12. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws may give you rights to know what personal information is collected, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Ascend does not sell personal information for money. To exercise a state privacy right, email ascendstudiomarketing@gmail.com and identify the right you are exercising.

Where Ascend processes lead and customer information on behalf of a client, requests from those individuals should be directed to that client, and Ascend will support the client in responding.

13. Email and text-message choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing ascendstudiomarketing@gmail.com. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We may still send transactional messages about your account, billing, or an active service request.

14. Children's privacy

This website and the service are intended for businesses and for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email ascendstudiomarketing@gmail.com and we will delete it.

15. Third-party services and links

This website and the service rely on third-party platforms and may link to third-party websites. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Ascend is not responsible for their practices or content. Review their policies before providing information to them.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, our providers, or applicable law change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the website or the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
